McCallum

Brand info:

Mccallum-add2.jpg

Brothers Duncan and John McCallum set up as innkeepers in Edinburgh in 1807.

However the McCallum’s Perfection blend was first released in 1911.

A Diageo brand that has disappeared from it’s homeland but is a huge seller in Australia. Hence most jugs with this brand are local Australian made, with exception of the early and extremely rare Royal Doulton jugs.

The core malt is believed to be Cragganmore and it is dubbed “the poor mans Macallan”.
